We are a French family 36 years old with 2 childrens(girls) ( 3 years old and 7 Yold)
THE PERIOD:
from september 10 will be avalaible for minimum 2 months till enf of june 2011.
THE ROOM:
This is a new sunny room under roof on 2nd floor of house.
Bathroom is shared with only ours 2 girls.
INTERNET access. WIFI /LINEN & TOWELS and friendly atmosphere provided.
We share the kitchen, garden and dining room
Please note that this independent room is next to our high school daughter's bedroom. NOISE is an issue. If you are noisy (music or visitors, sleepwalker ... please do not apply :-)
RATE:
450€ monthly. all charges included, including electricity. One month security deposit required, refundable right after check-out. NO AGENCY FEES, no sublet, direct rental
