This 21sqm 1BR studio is located rue Des Boulets, in the 11th arrondissement, a few meters from the Place de la Nation. On the 2nd floor (3rd U.S.) with elevator, in a secure building with security code, it can welcome comfortably two people.
Wooden floor. It's nicely furnished, well designed in terms of space and very clean. This apartment has a very large window, overlooking the courtyard. Lots of light.
The living room is furnished with a very comfortable sofa/bed (double), a coffee table, a dining table with 3 seats, a bookshelf. At your disposal an internet connection (DSL/WIFI)
The separate kitchen is equipped with hot plates, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, and all the necessary dishes.
The bathroom is fitted with a bath/shower, a washbasin with mirror, hair dryer and the toilets. Clean sheets and clean towels are provided.
Location: The place is perfectly located, just a few meters from 2 subway stops : Nation and Rue des Boulets. Very near, are Place de la Bastille, its Opera, its bars and restaurants… You won't be far from Le Marais district. You will also enjoy the Marché de la Création (free open-air art exhibition) every Saturday morning on the Boulevard Lenoir. Of course you will find bakeries, grocery stores and supermarkets in the neighborhood.
Subway : ". The métro “Nation” has five subway lines… It's a direct three stops to "Bastille" and "le Marais" (or walking distance), five stops to Île Saint Louis, nine stops and you are at the "Louvre" museum, and 12 stops and you are at "Champs Elysées". 20 minutes to the "Latin Quarter
